Wood Badge is the elite, national leadership course for adult volunteers in the Boy Scouts of America. Over two immersive weekends, participants dive deep into proven leadership frameworks—including situational leadership, team dynamics, servant leadership, project planning, conflict resolution, and more—through engaging presentations, interactive exercises, and transformative discussions. By believing in the power of principled leadership, you’ll return to your unit inspired, empowered, and fully equipped to ignite growth in every Scout.
